50th anniversary of the JAGUAR E TYPE [1961 - 2011]

Two 1:32 scale slot car models of the hard top Jaguar E Type have been commissioned

from REVELL for release in September/October 2011. Each is a limited edition of 500 units.

the details are as follows -

ref L 08298 Jaguar E Type 'Privateer' [red with white stripes, No. 50]

ref L 08299 Jaguar E Type 'Privateer' [blue with gold stripes, No. 61]

these won't be available for the Silverstone Classic show,
but it is hoped that they will be around the time of the Goodwood Revival Show in September.

Revell have previously only released this model in two white editions, one with red stripes, the other with blue.
